I recently had a problem with my 2022 Sierra ,the indicators on the dash board were telling me to check trailer lights, though no trailer was hooked up. I brought the truck into Sherwood G.M.C service department after four hours or so they had it fixed replacing the trailer light module and finding and repairing a corroded wire. Cammie at the service desk took care of the warranty coverage and was pleasant and helpful. Thanks to everyone involved for taking care of my needs and your professionalism.

Quick to handle any questions or issues I had. I’m from out of province and once home for a safety I found a few things we hadn’t noticed and they were quick to take care of it for me. They really took the worry out of buying a used vehicle from 600 miles away.

Truck battery died after a good long run. I found this out Saturday morning and AMA told me only the dealer could replace my battery. Sherwood Buick GMC was amazing! They had the battery in stock, confirmed over the phone that the lube bay could change it out and after friendly and knowledgeable service at the lube bay I was on my way with a new battery!
