While I was extremely delighted to have the detailing service, 3 days later I started to smell a sour odour in my car. I lifted the mats to find dripping water underneath. I wish I had been told the carpets were wet so that I could appropriately take care to dry them out. Being cold outside, they didn't naturally dry on their own and I had to apply portable heat. This is all ok ecept that I wish I was informed.
