As always, the service I received was great. From being greeted as a valued customer when I dropped off my vehicle for servicing, to letting me know exactly what needed to be done, to finishing in the time promised....well gotta say i am happy overall to be dealing with Kia. I can see myself owning a Kia for the rest of my driving life because they are terrific vehicles and the associates have always been professional and friendly. Keep up the good work!
Excellent service
I took my 2015 Kia Forte' into Sherwood Kia on Feb.15/19 as per my maintenance schedule. The appointment was early and I dropped my vehicle off in their warm and easy drive thru bay. The employee was very helpful and went over what was to be done as well as informing me that they were doing a complimentary wheel alignment inspection. Since it was going to be awhile I decided to take advantage of their complimentary shuttle service.
