As always, girls were great in service!
From the moment my vehicle entered the service bay until I left, I was treated with the utmost courtesy and kindness. Meghan informed me of my vehicles needs and cost to repair them. She stayed late in order to finish the paperwork and get me going again. I had to return to get my wheel nuts retorqued and the tow bolt checked. In and out in less than 20 minutes. She is a gem. I recieved a notice from KIA regarding KSDS and it had been done with the service.
Excellent - no issues with the service. Also, we left the shop and got onto the Yellowhead to find the car was vibrating and shaking really badly. We called the Kia service desk and discussed turning around and bringing the car back to the dealership. Tanya took a look at the vehicle and it was suggested there was a build-up of ice in the wheel rim. She cleared it out for us and we drove off. It seems like this was the issue and we drove home vibration-free and with peace of mind. Thank you again, Tanya!

I dealt with Savanna from Finance, awesome lady who went above and beyond to make sure we got our approval on time, very efficient and easy to talk to.
