Everyone very friendly, had shuttle ready to take us to the mall. Called to tell us we needed an oil change, and plugs ...... Not impressed as husband had just done both !

We took our forte in for a recall and our experience was very smooth. Our vehicle was ready within 2 hours and my wife used a shuttle service to take her to her morning appointment. Technicians also checked over our vehicle and informed us about further required maintenance.
Service work was done as described and priced as estimated. Meagan Woods and Christopher Steele were both extremely helpful.
