I received great customer service from Valerie and Brandy. She too the time to review the work to be done and gave me the cost. She asked if Ihad any concerns or questions and addressed any issues I had.. My time at the shop was abourt an hourand the atmosphere was comfortable. The other staff were friendly. Took my van when they said they would. Kept me informed and did what had to be done and advised me on future item. Did not insist that I do everything at once to make it easier on the pocket book.
The finance lady was really helpful with my purchase and the only thing that wasn't promised was a full tank of fuel when the vehicle was delivered thanks Kelly
