Service is always great. While waiting on my car to be serviced I checked out the Nero and was given a complete tour of the car from one of the many helpful sales people. Tanya in service is amazing!
Megan had everything ready and the proper information this time. Waited fir service 2 to be done. Both Sales guy and Finance person both acknowledge me and asked how I was enjoying my 2018 Sorento SX.

The service was excellent, unfortunately though, I'm still having issues with my windshield wipers. I'll have to book another appointment. Not sure what is going on with them (it's a brand new Kia Sportage 2018!). This will be the 3rd time I have to take it in for the same problem. :(
My husband needed a new car and he chose the Kia Soul. We were able to have the financing set up through a phone call, were approved and drove away in a new Kia Soul. Our first contact was with Kim and then Bruce completed the deal. Both were very professional and their knowledge was fantastic. Jennifer completed the financing portion. I would recommend Kia Sherwood Park to all interested in purchasing a new vehicle.
