I am pleased to give a favourable rating to Colton Fortier in Parts and Christopher Steel in Service. They helped me resolve a problem when I purchased a car from another dealership but the other dealership failed to provide a second smart key. Colton went out of his way to locate one in Edmonton, pick it up and provide it to the Sherwood Kia service department while I waited. Christopher kept updating on the progress of programming the key and getting my car back me. Outstanding!

Typical-Outstanding! Treated very well by Chris, Tanya and your other staff. Received helpful timely and accurate information re the tires and installation of the tires. We always have great service at Sherwood Kia. Only thing missing this time was the window washer fluid. Although the form says all fluids were checked, the washer fluid seems frozen solid so is not working. Everything else was super. Thanks.
