I wanted to get out of my car and into an SUV. I had been trying to do so with a couple other dealerships and all I would hear was no there is nothing we can do. I came to Sherwood Kia and instead of saying no they found a vehicle that would work for me and the price I could handle. They went above and beyond my expectations. Would absolutely recommend them.
The service rep (Tanya) was great as usual. Very communicative. My vehicle was ready in a timely fashion and there were no large surprises.

Everyone very friendly, had shuttle ready to take us to the mall. Called to tell us we needed an oil change, and plugs ...... Not impressed as husband had just done both !
