The heater in my Sportage stopped working this past winter. I can't quite remember the exact date but I brought it to my Kia dealership to get fixed. I got a call informing me a part needed to be replaced but it was on back-order so couldn't be done right away. Had to replace my aging sedan. My sister found a certified pre owned Optima here. I called and talked to Mike we set up a test drive right away and he had the car ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The test drive went great and we told Mike we would be back the next day to pick it up. Sometime between then and when we got there to pick it up the power button for the radio went missing.
