When our transmission blew on our two year old Kia Soul, we had our car towed to Sherwood Kia. They followed up RIGHT away the next day, and walked us through every part of the process. They were great with calling with updates, even just to let us know “still waiting to hear about the part”. They helped us with our rental car, and went above and beyond to help us manage pickup when we were working after their business hours.
