Although I had to wait a couple of days longer than I anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances, my service advisor Laurie, was extremely helpful and understanding. She explained the delay and did all she could to speed up the process. The tech who stayed late and came in early the next day to get me on the road has my sincere gratitude. Overall a good experience!! Definitely the service is excellent.

Sheldon was amazing to deal with. Friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable. Went through everything that was done and looked over with me .. reminded me if anything popped up to just give him a call! He also ensured I had the vehicle back as quick as possible! Great experience!

I got my service appointment booked online 5 days prior to the schedule and was very smooth and quick process. I called Sheldon to followup on the appointment and he was quick with the responses and handled the appointment check in with utmost care. Great customer service, great lounge. Only few areas on improvements would be to fix the broken wash bay soon so customers can get a shiny car at the end of the service and also have a courtesy shuttle around for customer drop off.
