When our transmission blew on our two year old Kia Soul, we had our car towed to Sherwood Kia. They followed up RIGHT away the next day, and walked us through every part of the process. They were great with calling with updates, even just to let us know “still waiting to hear about the part”. They helped us with our rental car, and went above and beyond to help us manage pickup when we were working after their business hours. I'm very satisfied the service was on time and made me feel comfortable. My car was done on the same day. And before they brought my car in the shop. Everything was really good. Booth Laurie and the other service reps who helped me were awesome and helpful. The drop off and pick up was efficient and again great service. The only thing I have to say is I was disappointed that after having a service and all was said to be checked and good, I had a low air pressure alarm in on my tire. Assuming from the cold but if alarms come in which mean the tire is lower Han normal. If they verified this I shouldn’t have seen that. Other than that great job.

Service advisor Laurie is always great! The quality of service is exceptional, except sometimes they do not return setting to where you have them. This time they didn’t give me the decal that would have told me when my next oil change was due. No that big of a deal, very fixable at my end.
