I had snapped off my rear wiper and was heading out of town in the next couple days. I had an oil change done at Kia Edmonton north where they said they couldn’t help me with the wiper. I called Sherwood Kia shortly after and left a voicemail. I was contacted the next morning telling me they’d have it in the next day! I was working so my daughter drove there and they replaced the wiper in 5 minutes so she could get to work. Was prompt on getting me in for my appointment time. Friendly advisor, & staff member helpful in giving my car a much needed boost at end.
