Haven’t had a lot of experience buying from a dealer but I feel good about my purchase. Nathan was knowledgeable about the vehicles.
Just bought a new Seltos and I was very well looked after, Amin was whom I dealt with and couldn’t be happier with his help and explaining all of my SUV features he was awesome. Scott looked after the finance he was excellent also they have an excellent team at Sherwood Kia would recommend them to anyone !!!! This is our 3rd Kia, have always been treated super well.
Bruce was absolutely wonderful, very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. We knew what we wanted when we came to the lot, but Bruce made everything run smoothly and we had our gorgeous Kia Soul in a few days! He was awesome to work with. Many thanks Bruce!
Very polite and personable
Have an issue with the A/C not functioning. The car is only a year old. Brought it in and they did a recharge and injected a dye to check for a leak but couldn’t find one. Tanya is great. She told me to just keep an eye on it and let her know if any issues. She released the vehicle to me with no charge. Thanks for your commitment to customer service Tanya!

I had a tire blow out on the Henday. I had my Kia Forte towed to my dealership in Sherwood Park and explained what happened. They were able to source a great deal on a new set of tires and installed them same day. Since I was due for an oil change as well they were able to do that saving my more time. Outstanding service and always with a smile!
