It took about 10 weeks to receive a needed part for my air conditioning system. Those 10 weeks happened to be the hottest that I can recall in years! I still don’t understand why the part took so long to arrive. When it finally did get to the dealership, prompt action did happen. And now it is cold on super hot days!
