I had snapped off my rear wiper and was heading out of town in the next couple days. I had an oil change done at Kia Edmonton north where they said they couldn’t help me with the wiper. I called Sherwood Kia shortly after and left a voicemail. I was contacted the next morning telling me they’d have it in the next day! I was assisted very well from making an appointment for my car and when I dropped it off. When I got at the service shop, they listened and pay attention about my car issue. I got an update by phone and what was the problem and how are they going to fix it. They have a very amazing team out there. You guys are amazing. Keep up the good work.

I would not buy a vehicle anywhere else! The staff at Sherwood Kia actually rescued me from a very bad deal I got at a very bad dealership. Not only did I get a bad deal at the other place but I was lied to. The manager told me the vehicle I bought was under warranty. When I asked for proof- I was told to contact KIA Canada.
