Brought car in for seasonal tire change appointment. Vehicle taken in on time, staff friendly and calm although it was the day after that major snow fall and pandemic protocols in place. In and out in just over an hour. Sherwood KIA staff are exceptional.
Service was excellent. I do want to mention though there were customers there not wearing masks and several salesman moving masks up down wearing improperly. I know it is diff especially as the day ends but stay sharp you never know about the next guy.
Took a while to get parts, tire pressure was reported inaccurately, they said they would was the car before pickup but didn't. But, otherwise, friendly staff, reasonable prices.

I ordered a wheel and tire package. Tanya in the service area was great. She made sure the wheels/tires were ordered and followed up to let me know they had arrived. The entire process was excellent and I can’t thank her enough. A much better experience than I had to endure at Go KIA South. Thank you!!
