With my situation I was in Al my salesman Alex the manager and Jade in finance exceeded every expectation I had . Jade ROCKS getting me the financing I didn't expect to receive with my credit history . These 3 people were outstanding and I am happy with my purchase. The staff were very helpful with booking an appointment time that worked for me because I needed to wait for my car. They where very accommodating! The staff member that checked me in was very friendly (as she always is) and the time it took and the price was exactly what they said. The customer lounge was clean and welcoming as well. Always have a great experience when I come in!
The experience was fine. There was still glue on the inside of the windshield from a sticker that was removed before I brought my car in for the protection pkg. Also it took much longer than I thought this was due to fewer staff due to the covid. Waiting for email paperwork so I know what was done to my vehicle.

Tanya in services was a absolutely blessing and saved me from a massive bill that I could NOT afford. Instead of charging me like crazy as most mechanic shops do, she worked with me and actually fixed my car UNDER my budgeted price.
