The experience was fine. There was still glue on the inside of the windshield from a sticker that was removed before I brought my car in for the protection pkg. Also it took much longer than I thought this was due to fewer staff due to the covid. Waiting for email paperwork so I know what was done to my vehicle.
The team a Sherwood kia did an absolutely fantastic job on my vehicle! The mechanics were fast paced, vigilant, and very thorough with my vehicle. Tanya in services was a absolutely blessing and saved me from a massive bill that I could NOT afford. Instead of charging me like crazy as most mechanic shops do, she worked with me and actually fixed my car UNDER my budgeted price. It was fine. A bit of a blip as I was told I was scheduled for Service 1 but when I arrived I was told I was supposed to be there for Service 4. As I was getting a new windshield I wasn’t prepared to shell out over $800 for the additional cost for Service 4.
Needed some warranty work done… And my service advisor. caught me off guard ..with a deductible. That I didn’t know that even was in play for getting my vehicle fixed. So I told the service dept.,.. I wanted to speak to my salesman. And he + my service advisor rectified my concerns & were more than fair. They came halfway with me on an amount I didn’t know that I owed. Very happy with their service especially with my service advisor Tina & salesman Dana ...thumbs up..!!!

Not only did I get my regular service done but they found out what was making a rattling sound on the front of my sorento and fixed it.
