It was fine. A bit of a blip as I was told I was scheduled for Service 1 but when I arrived I was told I was supposed to be there for Service 4. As I was getting a new windshield I wasn’t prepared to shell out over $800 for the additional cost for Service 4.
Needed some warranty work done… And my service advisor. caught me off guard ..with a deductible. That I didn’t know that even was in play for getting my vehicle fixed. So I told the service dept.,.. I wanted to speak to my salesman. And he + my service advisor rectified my concerns & were more than fair. They came halfway with me on an amount I didn’t know that I owed. Very happy with their service especially with my service advisor Tina & salesman Dana ...thumbs up..!!!
