Overall, I was happy with my experience. My only issues was with the Finance Department not sending the documents I needed for insurance. I had to call and have the service manager send them. Also, I emailed the Fiance Department with a question and have yet to hear back. Also, I thought my vehicle came with 7 seats and a few more audio inputs but it turned out that it is only on the V6. I’ve dealt with a few different dealers over the years. By far Kia Sherwood Park is the absolute best! From the day we bought the Sorrento in 2014 to now, we’ve been treated like we are customers always. The other dealerships treat you like crap after you make the purchase. I was made aware that my new Sportage 's rear wheels needed an alignment at 2000 km. When I brought this to your attention your service staff was quick in booking me in to have the work done. The job was completed on time, done complimentarily and included a detailed resume of the finshed work. My car was waiting for me washed and cleaned and Valerie was an extremely pleasant lady to deal with. I will not hesitate in recommending your service department to any Kia customer. Thank you for the extremely positive experience.
Everyone I recently dealt with at Sherwood Kia was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the problem of a failed oil filter connection resulted in oil stains in the parking area of my condo which cannot be completely removed.
