Had a good discussion with your SR Valarie and was able to have the work done on my KIa in an efficient and timely way. My vehicle was ready for pick up and they cleaned off the snow and gave me a boast. I would have my vehicle service here again.

significant mechanical and body work nicely coordinated by Kia / Tanya. Professional and personable. Impossible not to be impressed. Sorry for the delay in providing this review, but due to the nature of the work best to have waited a couple of weeks to ensure no follow up issues. And based on initial impressions when the work was completed, the performance of the car has been 100%.
I was happy with my recent visit. Meagan went through everything with me and my car was taken into the shop where they confirmed the problem of my driver seat wouldn't go down with the control. Meagan advised me that the motor for the seat needed to be replaced and that they didn't have this motor in stock and would have to be ordered from Toronto. She said that it would take about a week to ten days. My concern now is that it is now 12 days and I haven't heard from Kia. My wife is shorter than me and she needs to have ... read more
