I had a flat tire, and Brandy was awesome at helping me get a fast appointment and 2 new tires on my car. Absolutely fantastic. She was nice and kind on the phone, which was so appreciated. Couldn’t be happier with the service. I usually have gone to a different location for my car, but now I think I’ll go to Sherwood from now on because of this wonderful experience. It is super frustrating having a flat tire but when someone makes it easy for you to get it fixed, it doesn’t seem so bad.

It was a scheduled maintenance, Valerie went over everything that was planned, a shuttle ride was provided, and the work done was explained, and work that needed to be done was explained and prioritized for me. Everyone was pleasant and professional.
