I feel Sherwood Kia has the best service staff and mechanics in the Edmonton area. They have looked after my Kia Sorento since I purchased it from them in 2007 and the major reason I moved my Hyundai Azera over to your dealership for its servicing.

Was looking to get a new Optima. Saw that Sherwood Kia had several 2018 Optima available. Scott was incredibly helpful in getting the rate I wanted. Jennifer in finance was terrific. She didn't press on any extra features and was very helpful

The lady that checked me in was friendly, prompt and explained everything. She quoted me on the window wipers I asked about and was happy to find out it was actually less than what she quoted (still cheaper than buying and trying to install my own). The service was very fast and the new waiting area is fantastic.
I was able to get my vehicle in when it was a good time for me and the work was done in the specified time - actually done earlier than was thought to have been done. Only comment is that when you are offering a car wash, you need to make sure the car is washed. And I am not sure how you do it, but I am hoping that the car wash is not brushes rubbing on my car.
