Dean was very personable from beginning to end of visit! I had my toddler with me and he was very kind to him aswell.
Matthew and his team treated us like VALUED CUSTOMERS. The radio amplifier in our 2015 Murano failed. Three hours of troubleshooting at no charge! What a great surprise! I've had nothing but great service with Nissan Sherwood. I can't say everything is always perfect but for me to expect that would be a little unfair. Overall, I've been lucky to deal with some of the best service men and women at Sherwood Nissan.
The staff were very pleasant. I was kept up to date on the progress of work on the vehicle. The work was completed in a quick and timely fashion.
