Excellent. Everything was explained to me as to what was going on with my car. Until I come to pay and discovered payment did not go thru due to a glitch with POS machine issue with my bank.

Had an appointment for an oil change and they offered a car wash, this was the first time the car wash was done so well with the water being wiped off- they went an extra step today and it was appreciated so much !! Thank you to whomever did it! I hope this continues !!

Since this was our first visit to service since purchasing my car the service tech was friendly and thorough and fully explained what had been done. The only thing I would mention is that we called a few times during the day to find out if the car was ready and could not get through to service at all. The service tech did let us know that in future when we book the car in for service if we need it back by a particular time to be sure to let them know. Otherwise they would make sure all repairs are done by the end of day.... read more
