I was amazed about how efficient the service and interaction was especially since I live in Regina and was dealing with Sherwood AB. I tried to deal with Nissan Moose Jaw and was so harassed that I was going to take my business completely away from Nissan, however the interaction with Sherwood Nissan made me keep my business with Nissan

The check in was seamless, the oil change was done quickly, they even emailed me the inspection report. Only negative thing was the car was not washed , as it was to be done

Dean assisted me with my oil change on Friday, July 25th, 2025. I was the first one in at 7:30am and Dean greeted me and checked my vehicle in to get serviced. I waited for my vehicle and it was done in record time and Dean even put my Murano through the car wash and made it all sparkly clean when it was time to go. Dean was awesome and I always receive the "Princess" treatment from Dean; however he treats me better than that and everytime!!!!!!!!! Dean over delivers and I leave feeling like a "QUEEN"!!!!!!!!
