There was important information not communicated until after the deal was accepted. It felt like greasy tactics, and put a bad feeling on the experience. Then after the sale, the finance approval, which has never taken more than a couple of hours, took way longer than I have ever experienced, like a day and a half. After the big push to get you to agree to the sale, you were made to feel completely unimportant when the financial approval was dragged out like that.
