This dealership was fantastic to deal with ,they didn't try to upsell me and they found me the truck I wanted . The truck took some time to get to the dealership and I needed a truck so they gave me a loaner until my new truck got delivered . I was very satisfied with the sales team would recommend this dealers ship .

I have to be honest and say I would have never in my life thought that I would ever give a dealership a 5 star rating. I’ve had average experiences prior but never as outstanding as with this Sherwood Chev dealer. Dealing with Nathan - Sales and Harrison - GM. My service representative was completely understanding of my request and with no hesitation of my quoted cost of the work that was required. Everything was completed in a timely fashion. Just love the opportunity for the shuttle service to and from my residence.

Everything was good except when they said they were going to fix everything they forgot to inform us about not having a part and we didn't even know if they had ordered the part, we finally got a call about it 4 days later that the part was in, and it got put in the next day and everything was good. also, the quoted price was lower then that actual price.
