My experience was great and we found exactly the color plus options we were looking for. Chaydyn was great from start to finish and even after answered all my questions.

There was important information not communicated until after the deal was accepted. It felt like greasy tactics, and put a bad feeling on the experience. Then after the sale, the finance approval, which has never taken more than a couple of hours, took way longer than I have ever experienced, like a day and a half. After the big push to get you to agree to the sale, you were made to feel completely unimportant when the financial approval was dragged out like that. Me and my husband recently had the pleasure of working with Ryan Ayotte on a deal for a new truck, and he was 10373828/10. Ryan was absolutely kind and helpful with all of our needs and concerns.
