shirley floral is the BEST I was able to order flowers from Midland in the middle of nowhere....they sent me pics of bouquets....I chose....paid...and they delivered them within in 15min.....I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!....great group of peeps...THANKS

As soon as you walk into this place you are greeted with friendly smiles, bright colors and the smell of fresh flowers! I came in today to pick up a couple of arrangements for my daughter for her award ceremony today and received the best customer service! The arrangements were beautiful ❤️ one I picked out piece by piece and they custom wrapped them for me 😍 the other was already arranged in a round glass. Wow! Excellent customer service for out of town clients! They made a very minor mistake on a delivery, left off one balloon, and when I called about it Justin who answered the phone could not have been more than gracious and courteous. Apologized and they MORE than made up for it very quickly. I will definitely use them again. Very impressed! Also, bouquet I ordered was beautiful!
