I found this doctor through my insurance and was so glad to find him. Other doctors have just looked at my weight and turned me away before seeing I’m in good shape. He was understanding of my situation and let me know what my options are.
I followed up with Dr. Ruffin and he was knowledgeable about the treatment I was provided previously. I was clueless about using the STIMs unit, so I asked him to help me figure out how to use it correctly. Before I left the office, he made sure that I was able to use the device and understood my treatment plan going forward.
