He was very polite and let me know everything that was going on with me. He took the time to answer my questions.
He seemed to understand exactly what i was trying to explain. As far as the injury goes. He studied my injury came and made a plan for my safe and speedy recovery. Thank you.
He was professional and caring. I was nervous about getting a cortisone shot but he did a great job distracting me with some chit chat and it was over before I knew it! I'm very pleased.

Dr Ruffin repaired my right shoulder several years ago and did a great job. No more pain. Now my left shoulder is hurting and I am trusting him to repair it. Excellent Doctor.

Dr. Ruffin was as excellent as i was told he would be by my aunt who recommended him. His staff though seem somewhat confused. Apparently they dont call in prescriptions until after they close so i cant get the meds i need but other than that it was great.
Always on time and never leaves you with any concerns. You get his full attention
