Answered all my questions went on to try & get to the bottom of all my ongoing problems. Ordered additional tests to find out why my hand / shoulder is still giving me problems .

Both the doctor and the NP Lori were attentive and communicated well with me. This was my first visit there. Other staff including the xray tech were also friendly and appeared competent. I also appreciate that I was able to fill out new patient forms online before the appointment.
