Been going here for about 5 years. Dr Reger is a great vet! The staff are very nice. It is a busy practice

Going to Dr Morlino for years for our dog & guinea pigs. She has the best bedside manner, is detailed, kind, very fairly priced & honest. We love going there & will continue as long as we have pets! Thank you Dr Morlino! You are the best in Richmond!

We have used Dr. Morlino since we moved to the area last February. She is the only vet (of many) who diagnosed a heart condition in one of our cats; one vet made a vague reference to it but did jut follow up and others just ignored the signs. Dr. Morlino is also actively monitoring our elderly cat with kidneys disease. Short Pump Animal Hospital is not the cheapest vet in town but it is among the best in our opinions.

My dog and cat both get their vet care at short pump animal hospital and we have always had the best experiences! The doctors and staff have always taken such great care of both of them. I can't say enough great things about the facility and staff there! Thank you short pump animal hospital!
The staff here are so reliable and helpful! I came in to register my cat as a new patient and to get him his big surgery! The doctor contacted me to discourses details about the procedure and how she made it way more affordable for me since I am a student! I really appreciate their help here!

We drove 90 miles from Ashburn to take advantage of pricing on a procedure where we saved anywhere from $750 from one quote to over $3000 on another from veterinarian this area. Dr. Morlino and her staff took the best of care of our Dalmatian. Everyone there is very professional. They utilize the most up to date technologies. Shop around. It's worth the drive.
I have gone to Short Pump Animal Hospital for many years as I am in rescue. Both my rescues as well as my personal pets receive the same care from the same veterinarians. I always feel welcome with the staff as well as the veterinarians & I know my furbabies are getting the best care.
I love these amazing vets and staff. They are the best, they give my dogs excellent care. Over the last 8 years they've made sure my dogs' health comes first, and when needed they squeezed them into the schedule. Dr. Christine always explains her diagnoses and treatments, she's super honest about when conservative treatment is necessary and when to treat-and-watch. Although I haven't tried other vets, SPAH has exceeded my expectations. The vets are so loving to my pet. They care so much and follow up with phone calls to see how my dog is doing. They are reasonably priced but keep in mind, many times they do same day or immediate appointments. So it's ok if they charge a little more. I can't imagine finding a better location too.
