The staff is very very friendly, competent and works with their client in all areas to benefit your doggy or your pet. I switched to Short Pump Animal Hospital as my other Vet retired and was bought out by a big corporation. That did not work for us. I know it's hard for vets to give personalized attention, but they do at Short Pump Animal Hospital all the way from the people that answer the phones to the techs and doctors.

Dr. Andy is truly the best. He has treated my baby with such care and love, I would not trust anyone else more with her treatment. We are so thankful that we have been able to work with him. I can't recommend him enough!!!

Going to Dr Morlino for years for our dog & guinea pigs. She has the best bedside manner, is detailed, kind, very fairly priced & honest. We love going there & will continue as long as we have pets! Thank you Dr Morlino! You are the best in Richmond!

Every single soul who works at Short Pump Animal Hospital is amazing. From the top to the bottom they are very knowledgeable and always willing to help in any way they can. They have been our vets since we moved to the area from upstate New York in the early 1980's. Loved our NY vet and I love these folks even more. They are outstanding in every way including their grooming department. Wonderful!!
We have used Dr. Morlino since we moved to the area last February. She is the only vet (of many) who diagnosed a heart condition in one of our cats; one vet made a vague reference to it but did jut follow up and others just ignored the signs. Dr. Morlino is also actively monitoring our elderly cat with kidneys disease. Short Pump Animal Hospital is not the cheapest vet in town but it is among the best in our opinions.

The staff here are so reliable and helpful! I came in to register my cat as a new patient and to get him his big surgery! The doctor contacted me to discourses details about the procedure and how she made it way more affordable for me since I am a student! I really appreciate their help here!

We drove 90 miles from Ashburn to take advantage of pricing on a procedure where we saved anywhere from $750 from one quote to over $3000 on another from veterinarian this area. Dr. Morlino and her staff took the best of care of our Dalmatian. Everyone there is very professional. They utilize the most up to date technologies. Shop around. It's worth the drive.
