The vets are amazing but the front desk staff is not kind and very unprofessional. I won't be coming back. The front desk staff treats people like trash

I'm sorry that you felt mistreated but with at least 8 no shows and several last minute cancellations for vet visits, as well as grooming appointments that you scheduled, we could not continue the pattern. We felt it was fair to ask for a deposit for the next grooming appointment. Our groomer is booked out 6 weeks and has an ever growing wait list, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule and we certainly understand emergency situations that would cause last minute cancelations or no shows but over 8 is ex... read more
the service was nice, but the payment part was overwhelmed. I never pay over $300 for normal 6 months check up better find somewhere cheaper, this is way to much!!!!
We have been bringing our family pets here for years. Unfortunately, after a recent bad experience we will not be coming back.
