My post-purchase experience has been anything but stellar. However, I can't use that as a backdrop to judge the performance of individual employees. I was frustrated that this was my 4th visit to the service center within about a month of purchasing my car. I was informed that the fob programming would take about an hour when I was there on my third visit, so I opted to schedule it for the week after.
