I have an 2012 Acura TL, but this Honda service center is a three minute drive, vs former service locale @30+. John (I think-follically challenged ;-), the service manager here, did me a solid months ago, finding my radio code after a battery change, FOR FREE (2 minutes, but I expected 20 bucks at least. Then2 weeks ago, the access port came loose from the clips, causing all sorts of alarms from my insurance company And my washer fluid had become empty and asked if they could top it off - it was fairly busy, but inside of 2 ... read more
It was done when they said, I have a few things to fix an when I have the money I will get them done, There was no pressure to get them done now.
