Great experience. I arrived a little late for my scheduled appointment (I did call) and it wasn't a problem. I worked with Austin and he let me informed as to the status of my service. He then prioritized the needed maintenance issues and explained the importance of each issue. My Odyssey has 48,000 miles and runs like a new car.
