It all began in 1993, when two local boys in Gulf Shores, Alabama decided to open up a casual family-focused seafood restaurant on the Gulf Coast. The idea was to create a restaurant where people would feel welcome to be themselves, families could afford to dine out together and strangers would leave as friends. I've eaten here twice. The Mahi Tacos and the Coconut Shrimp were great. The staff were friendly, polite, and very sociable. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the decor brings me back to the beach. Try to Beachy Banana Colada's and the Mermaid Water. Both are very good! All in all I enjoyed both visits and will definitely be going back! Thank you to the staff and especially Sydney who was a very sweet and friendly lady who answered all my questions. Great Staff!!
we didn't have to wait long and was able to wait inside where it was cool
excellent everything, here!! we loved our coconut shrimp, broiled shrimp, and blackened shrimp platters. also, shout out to Jessica (server), store manager, and all amazing staff members!! superior service and conversation. we will be back!! glad to see a Shrimp Basket closer to TN. keep moving north, please!
This was the second Saturday in a row that we have eaten there! Took our grandson before heading off to the Beach! We have enjoyed there food especially the crab cakes both times! I’m sure we will be going back again soon, because there isn’t one in Jasper! My husband got the coconut shrimp and it was delicious! They also stay very busy, that’s always a good sign of good eats!!!!
Great food and service!! The staff is especially friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Shrimp Basket in Cullman to family and friends!! Will be back.
