Wonderful vet and staff! We did an entire litter there from start (collection on him and in house progesterone on her) to finish (X ray and c section) with no hiccups.
Can't possibly say enough about the care Dr Johnson gives to my dogs. He has been my vet for 8 years. There is no one like him. Period. When he relocated his practice up north to Spring Hill, it didn't stop me from still being his client. I live in Hollywood, FL. He is MORE than worth the drive.
Today I had an appointment for an AI, and when I showed up and I was trying to ask him questions about my dog, she told me to leave without explanation. She was rude. Customer service was disgusting. I try to ask for the manager she told me that she was the manager and when I asked for Corprate’s information, she refused to give it to me. I’m calling and asked her to email it to me. This place is promoting dogs with genetically defects to keep them breeding! This office is doing things very sneaky and very unethically! They are working with breeders that should not be breeders! This place also will breed any types of breeds pure or mix breeds or even both together. There practices are very unethical and not professional they don’t follow any of the rules! I could not in good conscience fail to report your unethical practices. I left a message with your office last Wednesday, March 8, 2023. My message inquired about puppy or litter records for a puppy I purchased from Uncle Matt’s Bullies. I am the owner and have a receipt from the breeder stating transfer of ownership. My main concern was I also did not receive a health certificate from the sale of this dog, even though your office was named as the servicing agency. I have yet to ever reach anyone at this clinic! They never call you back and this isn’t just called one or two times this is every time. They emailed me and told me Wrigley was due for some services but yet when you call to schedule an appointment no one answers ever! Never have I had a vet not answer a phone whenever I’ve called. She even ran out of food because her food needed verified and it took them four days to do it. I knew my cat was sick and that she needed to be humanely euthanized. I did not want her to ever endure any pain and I wanted her to go peacefully like she deserved. However, at Silverthorn Animal Clinic it was the exact opposite for my poor sweet baby. I was told the Doctor was in surgery and when he was done, he would come see me and my cat Patty.
