I received approximately eight or nine text and phone calls to make an appointment was more aggravation than needed to be. Leave a message and leave it at that. Looked on website said open Saturdays 8 to 2. Drove four hours from job to get in on Saturday. Walked in, desk said no x-rays on Saturday. What a waste of time effort and aggravation. Either be open and run the business or close either or very unhappy.

They were rude. The manager didn’t introduce herself or ask how she could help. The tech had fingernails that were two inches long. In a hurry to get out in a Friday. I asked for a blanket and was not given one. No help getting up and off the table. I will never use SimonMed again.

Casa Grande facility was nice and clean, the staff was friendly, but the “we’re running an hour behind“ that turned into 2 1/2 hours past my scheduled appointment negated everything. They didn’t call to let me know, just told me when I got there.

Wait time was over 3 hours! Front desk was poorly run with “training”going on and I witnessed the girl’s being on their phones instead of helping the overly crowded waiting room. Every patient there was frustrated and upset with how long everything took. I don’t know if they need more technician’s, more knowledgeable front desk people or what, but this location was terrible.

I waited 1.3 hours before I got in for my appointment, with no explanation. The MRI did not have headphones or music, which I have had at other providers. I could not hear the tech giving me instructions or time, because he was talking when the machine was banging so loudly I couldn’t hear him. I was very uncomfortable on the table because it was all done so fast because I was so late getting in. I would go to Arizona diagnostics for tests such as this, where I have had way better service.

Every Simon Med Facility that my wife and I have gone to is filthy, and has long wait times. My wife was taken back for her MRI and had to wait. While she was waiting she observed the roach and rodent traps, and unorganized supplies. This seems to be a common appearance for the Simon Med facilities in the Phoenix area. Very unprofessional. We will not go to another one of theses facilities unless the insurance company demands we use them.

Every time I go to Simon med something is messed up. It’s either billing gets messed up as they don’t bill insurance correct and then I have to always call to get it fixed. I go to an appointment and when I arrive they said it was canceled (no phone call to notify me after I have already scheduled work around the appointment.). Simon med imaging is one of the worst facilities I’ve ever visited. Very unprofessional staff at the front desk will never visit there again
