Checked in at 9:47am (2 hours and counting) for an XRay. They have helped two waiting rooms of people who came in after me because they want to collect $3 from me that I do not owe. I have cancer and met my out of pocket maximums, copays, coinsurance and deductibles for the entire year 7 months ago. I showed them my health insurance website that shows I owe zero and they are making me wait until they contact my insurance directly, but my file has been sitting there, untouched for over two hours.

I was scheduled three different times. First time they had the wrong day and I took off from work 3hrs early. Second time they said I had a $500 copay I have no copays with my insurance. Last time a was scheduled for 3 MRIs and was called a couple hours before the appointment to be told they couldn’t do two of them. What a pain...
Staff is somewhat unorganized and you leave unconvinced they have your paperwork and health records secure. Long wait time was the topic of conversation in the waiting area; two hours seemed the average length of time and those people all had appointments!

I arrived at 3:45 which was 30 min before the required time although wasn’t actually seen till 5pm. The delay was due to staff conversation at the front desk instead working ( speaking on personal matters about plans for the evening). I will not recommend this place to others.

Terrible front desk customer service. I was first one to arrive for routine xray and watched 3 people taken in front of me with no explanation given. When I ask questions I was treated rudely. Finally after 1 hour was called back. Definately will never use them again.
