I was scheduled for imaging Mar 14. A call the night before said there was no tech available. Rescheduled for Mar 24. Received a message the morning of; No tech available. Rescheduled again for Apr 7. Received a confirmation email. I went inside and was told the tech was helping in another room and couldn't do my imaging. They said they tried to call me, but I received none. my father had a scan scheduled last year and was told upon arrival there was no tech available. So had to reschedule. Every time I use Simon Med I have nothing but problems!! Today’s issue.. 1st I get there to be told they don’t have an order (I physically dropped it off 2 weeks prior so they lost my order) so I had to call my dr office to get a verbal order. 2nd- they only scheduled me for 2 ct exams when I specifically said all 3 when I scheduled. 3rd- they can’t do the 3rd exam without an auth and because they scheduled me wrong they didn’t get the auth. It took 3 trips (driving 30 miles round trip) to get my XRays done. I was told for 2 days prior that the tech would be there only to arrive and be told she was leaving early. I sat for 2 hours to get them done. The tech was unfamiliar with adjusting the machines and I over heard the other tech ask about one view and the original tech said it was good enough. You might as well put up a neon sign that says OUR TIME IS MORE VALUABLE THAN YOURS!

The casa grande office is horrible!! My appointment was at 1:30 and I didn’t get in until after 3:00!! When I went up to check on my appointment, I was told “your next” but that never the case so they weren’t being truthful. When I finally got back for my MRI, my technician was rude and acted like he was mad at his job. When it was finished, I could have used help getting up from the machine but he just walked out. I will NEVER go back there again!!

I called to schedule an URGENT MRI for my left knee because I had a fall due to a seizure in my shower and my knee hyperextended the wrong way. Had an xray in the hospital and went to see a banner specialist who wanted me to use banner imaging and I told her I'd like to use simon med in casa grande bacuse 1. It's in town and with my injury I didn't feel comfortable driving to Mesa for imaging and 2. I had gone there for an US for myself and they were quick and an US for my son which I had to reschedule due to US machine bein... read more

The receptionist at the front desk is very unprofessional. Spoke very rudely and acted like it was my fault that I did not have the authorization from my dr. I heard her speaking to other ladies that were there to get mammograms. She needs sensitivity training. These ladies are their for possible cancer diagnosis and sensitivity training would greatly be helpful. The MRI tech was great. Very friendly. This was my 2nd visit with them in at least 6 mos.

Waited 2 hours for walk in X-ray. Most unprofessional office Staff. Continuous talking and laughing Loudly. Not Friendly! This In casa grande office!
