The staff was courteous and professional. However, when booking my appointment I should have been informed as to the amount of time required for the procedure. Also I was not given the correct address.
On the date of 08/14/2026 I was going for x-and I was prepared for my process , The nurse in charge tried to put the cannula in my hand and failed many times and caused a lots of pain, which made me prepare to try it in the other hand in the palm of the hand.
