La atención de la técnica q me atendió fue buena; pero el personal de la recepción incluyendo el administrador x error de ellos tuve q esperar 2 horas para q me atendieran y eso q yo tenía appointment para las 1 pm alegando q el error fue de Texas!!! X la diferencia de hora! ???? Esto fue en el local de south orange av y Kaley.
para unos rayos x mi cita era a las 815am y sali 1030am. tuve que esperar casi 2 horas de espera
Language barrier This is The United States of America if you don’t have people that speak and UNDERSTAND English they don’t need to be your forefront. Yes Spanish can be spoken too but somebody there should speak and understand English
I had an appointment for a CT scan for the spine. they imaged the WRONG section of my spine! Then, they submitted the bills as a non preferred provider and they ARE! I have been calling then since and still waiting for a rep to call me back! Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!

This is the worst place to go and get any imaging done. I had a 12:00 appointment followed by a 12:30 one for an additional test that I was told they could perform and when I got there they told me that I could only do one test because they did not have the equipment to do the other test that I would have to go the the Hospital to get it done. The app doesn’t work. When I arrive it tells me to slide my insurance card. What??? The wait was long an hour and a half after my appointment. I had a dexa scan. I am 80 years old and have arthritis in my neck. I was told to unhook my bra and push it up. I did. After the scan I told the girl I was dizzy. She said to take my time and disappeared. The staff is very polite but One of the front desk staff guys was not covering his nose with his mask and was constantly touching his mask.i saw one of the technicians walking the halls with his nose not covered also. I waited 1-1/2 hours even though I had an appointment. I’m not sure why they can’t text u from your car when it’s your turn like quest diagnostics does. Es horrible, es la 3 vez q me cancelan, yo diabética, voy en ayuna, ayer me dicen no tenían autorización y me habían llamado el seguro la semana anterior q lo habían enviado, entonces dicen q no tenían la medicina para hacer el examen, ya he cancelado al dr. Dos veces, mala experiencia con ellos, y estoy enferma del estómago, por eso los exámenes
