Recommendedneed more people who know how to insert IV line I had too bad experience coming there and they cannot find veins to insert IVs my arms were very painful when I left the first lady stuck me three times and couldn't get that IV going one lady came and did a perfect job I forgot her name but I think her so much I was having a CT on my abdomen and my Lungs too bad experience coming there
Poor planning on scheduling patients, I waited 90 mins after my appointment time
Can someone from upper management contact me please . Simon med caused major suffering to my mom yesterday . I need a follow up asap . I called over the phone and supervisor from simonmed scheduling (Miguel ) put me on hold for 20min and hang up . She still have pending issues with simonmed and need someone to reach out asap to avoid more complications and also whoever did this need to be held liable. Staff very rude and unprofessional and very disrespectful today 💔 I have had my mammogram done here and other x-rays and I have never experienced disrespect that I received today... I will find another imaging center to use in the future..💔 there is no reason why I'm called back an hour after my appointment and then I have to wait another 30 minutes for the medication so they can re-image me so an hour and a half wait I've already been an hour late is unacceptable.... I don't recommend 🙏🏾
The receptionist Alexis today was super rude when I checked in for my imaging loudly telling me my insurance wasn’t accepted there oscar and all the patients listening to my health situation was uncomfortable NO help at all the call center called to speak to the le location manager but they did not pick up the phone. Negative experience.
They hurt my wife who had an acute fracture of her spine by jerking her to a sitting position despite her objections and not allowing me to help.
terrible experience had to have an MRI and after 2 attempts didn't work so they gave me prep instructions for the 3rd attempt. after doing enema and overnight cleanse, I arrived at 7 am for the exam they told me they cancelled the appointment. without any notice or explanation, and the technician after I told her to be nice and not rude she turned me off you don't like it go somewhere else!! The staff is very nice but my complaint is they don't answer the phone. I've asked to be transfered and the line rings then it eventually hangs up on its own. Its so hard to get an actual person on the line from the site.
