I have been to this office several times and have had the pleasure of seeing all of the providers. This office exudes professionalism, cleanliness, attention to detail, and top notch customer service. Dr. Poochareon is very thorough at examining and evaluating any of my concerns, and those that I had not thought about. She is knowledgeable and she explains things clearly. Also, she is quite personable.
I've been going to Dr. Poochareon for well over a decade. She is Thorough and does an excellent job of ex-laining issues and recommendations. Her office is very efficient.
My visit with Dr Kerdel was very surprising. It’s not so common these days to have a doctor run on time, but most importantly make you feel like they care. I had an excellent experience from when I walked in the door with the front desk, his medical assistant Stephanie was kind and went above and beyond, and my experience with Dr Kerdel was phenomenal.
Dr. Poochareon is an intelligent and thorough dermatologist. She is an excellent listener and her exams and any necessary treatments are delivered with expertise. This practice is well run by a proficient staff and medical assistant. You receive great care with her and the team.
Dr. Poocharean is one of the best dermatologists I have ever been to. She is extremely personable and the only one I trust with my semi annual skin checks. The office is very clean and efficient at getting you out of the waiting room and into the patient room. Her medical assistant Melissa is also delightful and very helpful. Dr. Poocharean is so popular that she is booked up to six months to a year in advance.

In the past, I didn't go for regular skin checks but after having a cancerous lesion removed from my face in 2016, I knew how important it was to keep an eye out for early signs of skin cancer. I began seeing Caitlin every 4-6 months for skin checks. She has great attention to detail and knowledge of precancerous skin changes. Competent. Compassionate. Kind. Thorough. Down to earth. Confident & Kind. She takes her time attending to each of her patients and making you feel you are her sole concern while you are there. Her staff: all of them…. welcoming and outstanding!!!! AND the doctor is punctual and aware that her patient’s time is also important & valuable !!!! Recommend her HIGHLY & without hesitation!
