Perfect Place to Live! This will be my third year living at Skyhouse and I love it. In a very walkable neighborhood, central to everything happening downtown and short drive to anything in Salt Lake City. The apartment complex is very secure and quiet. Such a great place to live!

Luxury Living with Unbeatable Views! I’ve had a great experience living at Skyhouse! The rooftop lounge is definitely the highlight — the views of downtown SLC and the mountains are unbeatable. The building is modern and clean, and the amenities (gym, resident lounge, rooftop BBQs) are always well-maintained. The location is super convenient with easy access to TRAX and downtown. Look no further! I’ve been living at Skyhouse for nearly a year now and my experience has been pretty exceptional. Almost dead center to the city, so if you enjoy city living, this is a place to check out. Management has always been very quick to requests and is respectful of our privacy.
