The calm in the heart of downtown Best location that is walking distance to just about everything. Best part is it is not in the chaos district of the downtown area.
Excellent Apartments! Skyhouse is a beautiful community with stellar amenities, in a prime location within walking distance to many of the amazing places downtown SLC has to offer! The rooftop area has some great views, and is my favorite part of the community! Working with the residents and staff has been nothing short of amazing.
Perfect Place to Live! This will be my third year living at Skyhouse and I love it. In a very walkable neighborhood, central to everything happening downtown and short drive to anything in Salt Lake City. The apartment complex is very secure and quiet. Such a great place to live!

Luxury Living with Unbeatable Views! I’ve had a great experience living at Skyhouse! The rooftop lounge is definitely the highlight — the views of downtown SLC and the mountains are unbeatable. The building is modern and clean, and the amenities (gym, resident lounge, rooftop BBQs) are always well-maintained. The location is super convenient with easy access to TRAX and downtown. Look no further! I’ve been living at Skyhouse for nearly a year now and my experience has been pretty exceptional. Almost dead center to the city, so if you enjoy city living, this is a place to check out. Management has always been very quick to requests and is respectful of our privacy. Terrible Apartment Complex When I moved in, the apartment was dirty, despite being told a deep cleaning was done between tenants, which was clearly not true. I spent hours cleaning what should have already been done. Additionally, the dishwasher, water heater, and HVAC system had recurring issues that took multiple attempts to fix. The issues didn't stop there though. There were electrical problems: circuit breakers randomly tripped, even though the same devices were always plugged in. Management is Terrible I would not recommend residing here due to the frequent turnover in property management, which has led to inconsistent management practices over the past six months. Additionally, it's worth noting that some staff members have been perceived as disrespectful to guests, which can negatively impact the overall experience.
