Exemplary service. The experience with the sales person was wonderful. No pressure. GREAT listener - helped us figure out what we wanted! Great presentation of samples, etc. SUPERB installation experience. The installer wasn't quite satisfied with the way one blind fit, ordered a replacement, and came back to install it. Wow! Our experience with Skyline was one of the best experiences we've had with a service professional, ever. My husband and I bought a condo that did not have any existing window treatments. Absolutely the best company out there for window treatments. Tim was our design consultant and he did an incredible job with patiently helping us pick the best and most suitable blinds. The final product was delivered timely, efficiently and meticulously installed by Ken. They both were thorough professionals and did a fantastic job. We found skyline window while looking on the Internet for a company that sells window treatments for our new condo. I had been hesitant to replace my blinds, not wanting to deal with the hassle. I picked up Darcy Neu’s card and brochure at the Parade of Homes and left my contact information. Darcy contacted me within a few days and we set up an appointment for a consultation. The process was so smooth and she was so helpful in setting my home up with an automated system. Darcy is WONDERFUL to work with. She help set up the hub and our phones to control the remote controlled blinds. I would highly recommend her for the job. The pricing was less than other places I checked, and she went above and beyond in my opinion. The installation crew was great. We had just had our hardwood floors refinished, and they took care to make sure that they did not get damaged. They also stayed until everything was working properly. Thank you for a GREAT job!
I researched endlessly before choosing a window treatment company for my new home. I eventually went with Skyline and I could not have been more impressed.
