Tracy, Ado, and Donna were all outstanding to work with on the new sand colored shades for the condo. From selection, to scheduling, to installation all three were absolutely professional and very pleasant to work with. Gene R.
Julie Massey with Skyline Window Coverings couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, and patient from the start. In scheduling, Donna is a saint for putting up with my repeated delays in completing the construction and rescheduling installations too many times to remember. Ken and Ado arrived right on time for the scheduled installations and were/are total "Team-Players" when it turned out that 3 or 4 of my window treatments were too long to fit in the freight-elevator and needed to be carried up 42 flights of stairs! Couldn't be happier with this process from start to finish. We live in a converted factory building and have enormous SW windows that were such a pain to open and close following the sun every day. I wholeheartedly recommend Skyline. Our windows are the star of our loft. For too long those windows were obscured by curtains that did very little highlight them. We decided to change that. Skyline made it happen. We are very pleased with the results. We wanted wanted to improve a number of aspects of the loft: privacy, light control, sound dampening and energy efficiency among them. Thee products are absolutely beautiful. The installation was as perfect as any job we’ve had done in our homes. On time, perfect installs, great instruction on how to use the remotes and a professional lean up afterwards. The only company we’ll use from now on.
