Couldn't be happier with this process from start to finish. We live in a converted factory building and have enormous SW windows that were such a pain to open and close following the sun every day. I worked with Julie during the consultation portion and she went above and beyond for customer service, going out of her way to come to our house a second time after we had done a last minute painting to make sure that the color originally chosen was the right one for the space. I wholeheartedly recommend Skyline. Our windows are the star of our loft. For too long those windows were obscured by curtains that did very little highlight them. We decided to change that. Skyline made it happen. We are very pleased with the results. We wanted wanted to improve a number of aspects of the loft: privacy, light control, sound dampening and energy efficiency among them. Exemplary service. The experience with the sales person was wonderful. No pressure. GREAT listener - helped us figure out what we wanted! Absolutely the best company out there for window treatments. Tim was our design consultant and he did an incredible job with patiently helping us pick the best and most suitable blinds. The final product was delivered timely, efficiently and meticulously installed by Ken. They both were thorough professionals and did a fantastic job.
