Best Solution Specialist , [sensitive content hidden] Pros: Easy to use software. Employees needed only a day of training to understand and use the new software. Cons: If the modifiers are not done correctly from the beginning it is difficult to adjust them to the need of the item. Overall: We use the product for very short period, I can not describe overall the experience with it, just yet.

Excellent company Pros: Every single part of it, very friendly software Cons: Maybe just the split tickets is a little confusing Overall: Very good product and customer service
Friendly UI, Too Many Bugs Critical to Ops Pros: The UI is about it. The rest is painful - hour long calls to customer service until we give up or try calling back later. Cons: No menu item pics for online orders or pics for servers on UI. Bugs with Advantage, Dual Charges, Tax Calcs, Handhelds, gift cards, reporting, on and on and on. Makes doing taxes
Good systemic Pros: Pretty easy to use once you're use to it Cons: Getting to learn the system . Overall: Very good
Pos system Pros: Easy to used and safe a lot money and quick Cons: Customer service sometimes hard to answer right away when you need help
Great System! Pros: Customer service is top notch! Easily navigate through the system. Cons: There a few functions that could be easier for programming, but im sure it will work itself out in the future. Overall: Very easy transition
Time saver Pros: Inventory detail reports are so nice. My ordering for restock has become so easy! Cons: I can't seem to get an employee card to connect Overall: It's made my small business life so much easier!
Amazing Pros: Skytab is very user friendly and easy to customize. We were able to have an easy transition to a new updated system. Cons: We haven't had any issues using skytab
