Ice Cream Parlor & Cafe' Pros: Setup and the ease of operation. The support team was extremely helpful and available when needed. Cons: cc processing would freeze up at times in the beginning but they seem to have it all figured out now and have had no issues this past month. Overall: fairly easy to get started and the install went fantastic!

SkyTab 2 launch Pros: This switch from PosiTouch to SkyTab was effortless. Cons: Cannot give a comment, nothing went wrong. Shift4 staff was there for us and it was easy. Overall: Overall perfect
Love Skytab Pros: Very easy to understand and implement. [sensitive content hidden] were very helpful. Cons: Some updates don't work well for us but it is system wide. Overall: Very good. Helpful staff.

Thank you to [sensitive content hidden] Pros: Makes opening and closing an easy process. Finding items on there is easy as well. Cons: Learning about open tickets. It was a little complicated at first for me. Until I got help from my technician. Overall: The system was new to me and I got a lot of help from [sensitive content hidden].
User Friendly Pros: SkyTab is a GameChanger for the restaurant owners! Front and back of house functions are so easy to use!The costumer service is top notch! Cons: Have not come across anything yet that we didn't like Overall: Absolutely love! We have worked with many others in past and SkyTab is definitely the best!
SkyTab Pros: The ability to change orders without starting all over. The ease of the kitchen monitors and no more wasted paper. Cons: That everytime there is an update it screws up all my computers for at least one whole day. Overall: I love being able to see the sales wherever I'm at on my phone. And being able to switch prices easily and on our own.
