Do NOT buy this system Pros: Nothing. Absolutely nothing about this system is user friendly Cons: Everything absolutely everything. I hate how long it takes to cash a customer out I hate the process of putting in an order I hate that orders disappear I hate everything down to the size of the font. The only way to fix this system is throw it out and start over. Whoever created this has never worked in a restaurant and it shows. Overall: I would rather skydive without a parachute then go to work today and use this system.
Company Will Send You Equipment when You Only asked for Information. And then won't respond when Pros: I have nothing positive to say about my experience with skytab. Cons: Customer Service. I asked for information about the product. They shipped me the machines. I emailed trying to return them and they told me to call a 800 number. I called the 800 and they were supposed to ship me RMA labels I never received. I emailed back and never got a response from Candice.
