I have live at evolve for 3 yrs and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. There are obviously there ups and downs, but if you are unable to overcome adversities than no off campus living will ever be able to handle your needs and wants.

Everyone there is so nice, and very considerate of what you want. They understand the needs of the students living there, and want to help them out in any way they can. It feels like home right when you walk in the front doors!

I have lived here 2 years now, and it has been an awesome place!
Place is great, with a great staff that care about their residents.
I have lived in other places before Evolve and nothing compares to it! This place is awesome and the new manager, Lyn, really cares about the residents and makes it fun to live here. Would highly recommend!!
