DO NOT LIVE HERE. The Internet is HORRIBLE and nothing is done in any kind of hurry to get it fixed and resolved. It happens repeatedly and who can get college work and assignments completed without dependable Internet. No excuse. The management and/or owner should intervene with Comcast if that is the issue. Stating "the problem is with Comcast" doesn't fix the problem. If you don't work on behalf of your renters to resolve an ongoing issue then who would want to live here.

Mrs. Jenkins, We had the Comcast Technical Superintendent stop by your son's apartment. He ran several tests and had no problems with connectivity. Upon further investigation, it came to light that the reason for the Internet lag was from online gaming using a massive amount of bandwidth. There is a reason that there is no picture of the bedroom on the web-site. There is a desk and metal bed frame with a thin mattress. No dresser, no chest. This is absolutely unacceptable to pay this kind of money and have furnishings that are sub-par to dorm room furnishings.
